Progress Reports and Interviews: On November 16th Progress reports will be sent home. Interviews will be held on November 17th and 18th. If you have not already signed up for an interview time with your child’s teacher, please do so. You interview time will be in with the progress reports.
Hot Lunch Orders: Hot lunch orders forms will be coming home shortly. This month we will be doing December and January together because of the Christmas holidays. We will no longer be doing Boston Pizza and are working with Crabby Joes to come up with a menu.
White Angel Sale: On December 20th we will be holding our White Angel Sale. We are now starting to collect gently used or new items for our White Angel Sale. If you have any (new or used) gift bags, wrapping paper or tape you would like to donate please feel free to send those as well. Our White Angel Sale is a great way for kids to shop for their family members. The kids love that they get to pick out present and bring them home wrapped for Christmas. All the items are $1.00 or less.
Breakfast Club Volunteers Needed
We are in need of volunteers to assist with our monring breakfast program. It could be for as little as one day a week from 8:00-9:30. The role requires setting up tables, making a light breakfast for students and cleaning up afterwards. If interested please contact Theresa Skinner (Gr. 3 teacher) and she can provide details.
Rosary Apostolate Volunteers Needed
If you attend church and are interested in getting involved in the Rosary Apostolate, please contact Jennifer Sey (French Teacher) for details. This would require coming to the school once a month to assist with praying the rosary with our students.
Back-Up Noon Hour Supervisors Needed
We are in need of Noon-Hour Supervisors who are interested in being a back-up in case our regular Supervisors are unavailable. This is a paid position and will require a Criminal Background Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening. If interested, please contact Mr. Kuiack.
