Our Lady of Grace School Re-Organization

As many of you know, we have experienced considerable growth to start up this school year. A lot of our classes are very full. We have been given the approval to open some new classrooms to alleviate some of our overcrowding.
We have spent the last 2 weeks looking at our class structures and class lists. We have now finalized our plans.
So, today, we implemented the first part of the transition to the new school structure. Late this afternoon, we had all of our students, who were going to be moved, move to their new classroom and meet their new classmates in their new location.
If you get a letter coming home today, that means your child is being moved. All students will start in their new location and class on Monday first thing in the morning. If you don't receive a letter, your child will remain with their current teacher in their current classroom.
As you know, this can be a difficult transition. It is important to note that a lot was considered in the reorganization. We are unable to make any further changes at this time. We ask that you support your child with the move to their new classroom.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this transitional time.
There will be an Open House next Thursday between 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm for you to meet your child(ren's) classroom teachers.
